Professionalism meets public service

Offering three levels of dedicated office space and multi-purpose Council facilities on the ground floor, the Cardinia Shire Offices building is occupied by the Cardinia Shire Council. The structure is located in the office town centre, which forms part of Places Victoria's long-term urban development plan for the Cardinia municipality. The upper office floors are separated into two distinct zones by a four-level atrium and are open plan to promote a culture of inclusiveness. This design also maximises daylight, air-conditioning performance and energy conservation. This facility allows Council to deliver comprehensive services to the community while also promoting it as a centre of excellence in business.
