World-class medical facilities from top to bottom

With four levels of car parking and five levels of fit out, the Gold Coast Private Hospital is an impressive facility that is situated adjacent to the Gold Coast University Hospital in Southport. With 284 beds installed at the time of completion and the capacity to expand to more than 400 beds, the hospital is capable to meet increased demand in future. The exterior of the building features a striking façade, while inside there are several medical specialty sections, including cardiology, oncology, urology, orthopaedics, gynaecology, obstetrics and paediatric services. A new standard of maternity care has been brought to the Gold Coast through a maternity ward featuring 25 comfortable antenatal and postnatal rooms including en-suites and double beds. A special care nursery was also delivered including nine cots available for babies requiring extra care.
