Group Work Health and Safety Manager
Justin was appointed Group Work Health and Safety Manager in 2019 after more than a decade with the company in senior WHS management roles. Responsible for the health and safety strategy, Justin oversees the implementation of best practice risk management approaches and leads the Group’s continuous improvement in health and safety culture and overall performance. He specialises in WHS legislative frameworks, certification and accreditation schemes and people engagement principles having previously held the position of Principal Investigator and Investigation Manager for the Queensland WHS Regulator. He has completed a post graduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety at the Queensland University of Technology and undertaken studies in the Social Psychology of Risk. He currently sits on the Industry Reference Group for the Office of the Federal Safety Commission.
