Emily Brooks

Emily leads the Group People function at BESIX Watpac, overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources including industrial relations, resourcing, payroll, and people capability. She provides strategic and operational advice, support, and assistance to the business on People-related matters and implements initiatives which support the business to achieve its goals. Emily joined BESIX Watpac in 2012 and has been leading the People team since 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resources, from the University of Queensland.
